A 60-minute massage session includes a 50 minute hands on massage, with 5 minutes before and after your session for consultation and dress time. One hour sessions are best for those who are seeking spot treatment, or intensive work on one or two areas. I recommend booking a longer session for full-body work, especially if deep tissue work is requested. The session is customized in order to help every client achieve their individual goals. Your session will also include two hot towels, and two hot stones on your desired area of focus.

The session is customized in order to help every client achieve their individual goals. Your session will also include two hot towels, and two hot stones on your desired area of focus.

Two hour sessions are great for anyone who wants an especially comprehensive or intensive massage. Two hours gives us time not only to focus on the areas you have noticeable tension or pain, but also to seek out and assist with underlying problems – which adds longevity to your results. Typically thought of as one of the more indulgent, feel-good modalities, hot stone therapy is also an incredibly effective tool to relax stubborn muscle tissue. Using heated basalt stones to warm the tissue encourages the body to relax and allows us to work deeper – achieving more thorough deep work while still feeling luxurious. This session includes 80 minute hands on massage, with 5 minutes before and after your session for consultation and dress time. Your session will also include two hot towels and CBD cream on your desired area of focus.

This firming and hydrating wrap stimulates circulation to refine and strengthen the appearance of your skin’s structure. Body wraps are designed to rid the body of excess fluids and toxins. Benefits of this wrap include detoxification, body contouring, temporary inch- loss, skin tightening, skin softening, and increasing lymphatic movement and metabolic rate. This 90-minute massage session includes a 30 minute body scrub, a 30 minute body wrap, a 10 minute face massage, and an application of lotion. Available as an outcall only. Customized Stretch Session
This 30-minute session includes a 5 minute consultation and full body stretches. You will remained clothed the entire time. I recommend dressing in athletic clothes that consist of flexible fabric. The session is customized in order to help every client achieve their individual goals.
